Request your first Denkafix repair envelope
You will first need to request a Freepost Handpiece repair envelope. You can do this by using the link below and we will dispatch to you within 24 hours.*
*Based Monday to Thursday requests.
Submit your repair information send to us via Freepost envelope
Simply complete our online handpiece repair form and then post your handpiece(s) in our padded envelope using our FREEPOST address, and request a proof of postage which is free from your Post Office. Alternatively, you can call 0800 7076212 to request a free collection*.
Repair and return of your handpiece the same day**
Subject to approval, your handpiece(s) are repaired and dispatched for return on the same day, fully serviced with a minimum 3 month warranty.
**Repair authorisation must be received from the client before 1 PM to qualify for same day service. Any authorizations received after this time will be processed the following business day.
