We obtain this information as part of our new account application procedure which is then inputted in to Merlin Business Software platform that we use to securely store and retrieve customers data

  • Surveys/ feedback forms - this information will be stored in Merlin Business Software in a secure way and will be kept on file for as long as the client remains as such and for as long as we legally require to hold records of transactions with such customers, after which it will be destroyed.
  • Social Media - this information will be stored in Merlin Business Software in a secure way and will be kept on file for as long as the client remains as such and for as long as we legally require to hold records of transactions with such customers, after which it will be destroyed.
  • Newsletter – we use your details to subscribe you to an email newsletter containing information about our products and services.
