How do I create an account?

Creating your Denka account couldn’t be easier. Simply register your details hereand you’ll get an email receipt, followed by a second email from our team to confirm that your account has been set up and is ready for you to place an order! Not received your emails? Contact us.

Can I order without an online account?

Yes you can! When ordering without a fully activated account you will be required to pay in full before your order is checked out. However by activating your account you can take advantage of a whole host of exclusive benefits.

Can I amend my order after checkout?

Absolutely! If you’ve ordered something by mistake or need to add a product to your order, simply drop us a line by email, or give us a call if it’s urgent. Our team of experienced staff is always on hand to help.

When will I receive my order?

We guarantee next day delivery for items in our ‘Always in Stock’ range when ordered before 3pm – or your money back! Our next day delivery service extends to all products that are in stock when ordered before 3pm – the only time it will take longer is if we have to order a non-stock product in for you.

I can’t find a product online - is this because you don’t supply it?

No. We offer a comprehensive range of products from dentistry’s leading brands, but our range is constantly evolving to better meet the needs of our customers. If you’re looking for a specific product and can’t find it on our site, contact us and we’ll do our best to source it for you!

How do I receive my invoices?

We operate a paperless system so all invoices are automatically sent to the primary email address associated with your account. If you’d prefer to have your invoices sent by post, just contact us and we will arrange this for you.
