Gender inequality

Falling incomes, dropping patient numbers and persistent inequality for women – the latest release of NHS statistics at the end of the summer break makes for some worrying reading. Just 50.2% of people have seen a dentist on the NHS in the past two years, and female dentists earn around a third less than their male counterparts.
