World Cancer Day

In 2018, 18 million people world-wide were diagnosed with cancer. Today, thanks to research, 2 in 4 people in the UK survive their cancer for 10 years or more. February 4 marks World Cancer Day which is led by the Union for International Cancer Control and facilitated in the UK by Cancer Research. Its purpose is to unite the global population through awareness in a bid to further the fight against cancer. We all have a role to play – what will yours be?
