Better biomaterials

Good bone density is the foundation for successful implantology, but for patients with serious periodontal disease, facial injuries or even long-term denture wearers, bone loss is a serious concern. Biomaterials such as Denka’s Graftex Neo range are designed to support the body to rebuild by integrating seamlessly with the surrounding bone tissue, before being gradually reabsorbed and replaced with natural bone. The innovative two-part system contains a mixture of biphasic calcium phosphate microgranules (60% HydroxyApatite and 40% Beta Tricalcium Phosphate) plus a hydrogel, and has been developed to adapt to all types of graft sites while preserving the shape and volume of the site.
